01What is a cookie?
Cookies are small text files placed on your browser when you visit a website. They allow the site to recognize you, maintain your session, and remember your preferences. Smart Voice Menu uses only essential and functional cookies. **No advertising cookies are used.** For service health and performance we use cookieless, anonymous operational telemetry — details in Section 4.

03Third-Party Cookies
Smart Voice Menu does NOT use third-party tracking or advertising cookies (no Google Ads, no Facebook Pixel, no identifying analytics cookies). Supabase authentication cookies are used only to provide the Smart Voice Menu service and are not shared with third-party ad networks. Operational telemetry used to monitor service health and performance is detailed in Section 4.
04Operational Telemetry
Smart Voice Menu uses two components to keep the service healthy and detect errors: **1) Vercel Analytics & Speed Insights** — page view counts and Core Web Vitals measurements. Cookieless, anonymous; IP addresses are not stored and no personally identifying data is collected. **2) Sentry** — application error monitoring. Only error context is recorded; voice recordings, order contents, email and password are **filtered out and never stored**. Legal basis: GDPR/KVKK "necessary for the performance of a contract" — no separate consent required. Not used for advertising or marketing, and not shared with third parties.
05Managing Cookies
You can manage cookies in your browser settings. Disabling essential cookies may break the service (especially session handling). • Chrome: Settings → Privacy → Cookies • Safari: Preferences → Privacy → Manage Website Data • Firefox: Settings → Privacy → Cookies
