Terms of Service

These Terms govern the relationship between users of Smart Voice Menu and Bilcod Yazılım. By using the service you agree to these terms. The Turkish version is legally binding.

01Parties

These Terms are between Bilcod Yazılım ("Bilcod", "we") and the natural or legal person using Smart Voice Menu ("User", "you").

02Service Description

Smart Voice Menu is a multi-tenant SaaS service for restaurants, including: • QR menu (customer order interface) • Kitchen display (KDS) • Waiter panel (table dashboard + payment) • Voice ordering (Turkish/English/Arabic/Russian speech-to-intent) • Public display and remote control • Restaurant admin panel

03Account and Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, keep your password secure, and be responsible for all activity on your account. Notify info@bilcod.com immediately if your account security is compromised. If signing up on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to represent it.

04Prohibited Use

You may not use the service for: • Illegal content or activities • Copyright infringement • Spam, fraud, or misleading practices • Activities that threaten platform security (DDoS, scraping) • Processing personal data of third parties without consent • Re-selling the service to others (no white-label without permission) Violations may result in account suspension or termination without prior notice.

05Pricing and Payment

Pricing is shown on the homepage Pricing section. • 14-day free trial; no credit card required • Monthly or annual subscription • Upgrades take effect immediately with pro-rata adjustment • Downgrades take effect next billing cycle; no refunds for remaining days • Unpaid invoices: account is first put on hold, then suspended after 14 days

06Right of Withdrawal

**Important:** Smart Voice Menu is a digital service exception under Turkish Distance Sales Regulation (MSY) Art. 15/1-ğ. Upon payment confirmation and service activation, you cannot exercise the 14-day right of withdrawal. The 14-day free trial gives you ample time to evaluate the service before any payment. During the free trial you may cancel at any time at no cost.

07Service Level

We target 99.5% annual uptime. Planned maintenance is announced at least 24 hours in advance, usually during low-traffic hours (00:00-06:00 TR). Third-party service outages (Supabase, Groq, Google, Vercel) are mitigated with reasonable effort.

08Limitation of Liability

Our total liability is limited to the subscription fee paid for the month in which the issue occurred. We are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, or reputational harm. Under Turkish Consumer Law (TKHK Art. 22/2), the lower limit for arbitration board jurisdiction in 2025 is 17,510 ₺.

09Dispute Resolution

Turkish law governs. Disputes are resolved by Istanbul (Çağlayan) Consumer Arbitration Boards and Istanbul Courts. We encourage pre-dispute communication via info@bilcod.com to seek amicable resolution.

10Effective Date

These Terms take effect on the date shown in the "Last updated" badge above. Changes are published on this page and material updates notified by email. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance.
