06Children's Privacy
Smart Voice Menu is not designed for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If detected, data will be deleted promptly. Ages 13-18 require parental consent.
07International Transfers
Data is primarily processed in EU data centers. Groq and Google Gemini are US-based; transfers use Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) and Data Processing Agreements (DPA). Transfers cover only the minimum data necessary for service delivery.
