Your data is NOT shared with third parties except: • Required infrastructure providers (Supabase, Groq, Google Gemini, Vercel, Resend) • Legal authorities upon valid request • Where you have given explicit consent Your data is never sold or shared for advertising, marketing, or third-party research.

Industry-standard measures protect your data: • TLS 1.3 encryption • Row Level Security (database) • Encrypted backups • Regular security audits • Principle of least privilege • All data stored in EU data centers (Frankfurt)

Smart Voice Menu is not designed for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If detected, data will be deleted promptly. Ages 13-18 require parental consent.

Data is primarily processed in EU data centers. Groq and Google Gemini are US-based; transfers use Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) and Data Processing Agreements (DPA). Transfers cover only the minimum data necessary for service delivery.
